Coming into the final stretch of the season and our Normo Premier League are still sitting in a great position on top of the GHFA Premier League First Grade ladder. They have one more game at home on the last day of the Premiership against Epping FC. Hopefully the premiership can be wrapped up before then.
Get down and support the PL Boys as they go for the PL Premiership!
Congratulations to Normo U14/2 who are Premiers for 2018! Fantastic result.
The U12/2s also came close but finished runner-up in their competition. Well done guys.
Both teams will now compete in their respective Championship Round Robin looking to secure a place in the Championship Finals.
The Premierships are still running for the All Age, O35, O45/1-2 and PL. The Normo AA6 are currently second but with a chance of winning the Premiership. The O35/3 and O35/5 both sit in fourth place and pushing hard to make their respective Semi-Finals. The O45/1-2 are sitting fifth in the Premiership and will have a good opportunity to compete for the O45/2 Championship once the O45/1-2 splits into separate Div 1 and 2 after the Premiership rounds.
Then there is the Normo Premier League First Grade who are clear in first place with three games to go. We wish the squad the best of luck in bringing the PL Premiership trophy to Normo.

In great news for the local area, the Westleigh Waterboard Alliance have managed to secure $40 Million in funding to the development and conversion of the Westleigh Waterboard site into a recreational centrepiece for our region. This is not only a massive bonanza for the local sporting clubs (and likely to include synthetic football pitches), but a win for the local area as it will also provide multifaceted recreational open space.
Thanks to Scott Marshall and Piere Fromager who have been involved in the Alliance's efforts and have represented the Club, however it still isn't done and we need more help. The WWBA are also holding their Cracker Night at Ruddock Park on the 28th July. Please make every effort to get down to Ruddock Park and support the fundraising for this great initiative.
If you are able to assist with manning a BBQ or other activities on this night please let us know or sign up on the WWBA website.
