2011 Update -The Insurance Levy for 2011 will change to an age based fee rather than the employment based fee of previous years. Players aged 18 years or less in 2011 are classified "Juniors" and pay a reduce Insurance Levy irrespective of the Age Group they are registered to play in. All players aged 19 years or older in 2011 are classified "Seniors" and pay the full Insurance Levy irrespective of employment status.

All registered players are covered under the Football NSW Accident Insurance scheme.

The basic conditions of the policy can be found in the Accident Support Form 2010, which also lists the procedure to follow should you wish to make a claim against this policy.
