All registered players are covered under the Football NSW Accident Insurance scheme.

The basic conditions of the policy can be found in the Accident Support Form 2010, which also lists the procedure to follow should you wish to make a claim against this policy.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you are injured whilst training or playing for Normo Eagles and wish to make a claim with this insurance scheme, please contact our Club Secretary in the first instance.
