All teams within the Club are asked to assist with the dressing and undressing of grounds and running the canteens and BBQs on a rostered basis. Most teams will have 1 or 2 times a season to assist.

All Mini teams will be rostered to assist with the BBQ at Normanhurst Oval. Mini Team's players and parents are not expected to miss their normal game to run the BBQ, and so will be approriately scheduled to allow this.

Junior teams, including Girls teams, will be rostered to assist with Ground Set-up and to run the BBQ at Normanhurst and Thornleigh Ovals.

All Senior teams, including Womens teams, will be rostered to assist with Ground Setup, Undressing Grounds and BBQ at Normanhurst and Thornleigh Ovals.
