Teams playing in competition format with GHFA can download and print teamsheets from the following files.

GHFA Mini teams (Under 6, Under 7 and Under 8) do not use teamsheets.

GHFA Premier League and Super League please use GHFA PL & SL Teamsheet. It is acceptable to download and print these teamshets. Please use plain white A4 paper and a printer of resonable quality appropriate to the task.

NWSWF teams use teamsheets downloaded from the NWSWF website, see the additional instructions here. The "home" team manager must also provide the referee with a pre-paid envelope along with the match team sheet. Envelopes can be be obtained from your Age Group Co-ordinator.

GHFA U9 to U21, AA, O35 & O45 teams will use team specific downloads that will be made available on the Thursday afternoon prior to the weekend's match. The pdf document is password protected. Team managers will be emailed with the password separately. Note that the "home" team manager must also provide the referee with a pre-paid envelope along with the match team sheet. Envelopes can be be obtained from your Age Group Co-ordinator.

To print your team's teamsheet:

1. click on the correct weekend's teamsheet pdf file,
2. enter the password when requested,
3. scroll through the file to find your team's relevent page number
4. print this page only.
5. Check that you have printed the correct team and the correct date.
