NOTICE is hereby given that the Normanhurst Eagles Football Club Annual General
Meeting will be held on Tuesday 31st August 2010 at the Clubhouse, Harris Road,
Normanhurst, commencing at 7.30 pm. 

Terry Deacon, stood down as Sponsorship Co-ordinator at the beginning of 2010 season. We extend our thanks to Terry for putting the Sponsorship program in place for the 2010 season. Chris Cummins and Tony Khamis took over the responsibility of joint Sponsorship Co-ordinators. We thank them for filling this role.

A number of Committee members will not be seeking re-election for the 2011 season,
including:

1. Michelle Smith, Junior Co-ordinator and MPO
2. Peter Johnston, Coaching and Grading Co-ordinator
3. Matthew Taylor, Senior Co-ordinator

We extend our thanks and appreciation to these long-standing members of the Normanhurst Eagles Football Club and Committee for the work they have done on behalf of the players and parents of Normanhurst Eagles.

Players, and parents of players, are all welcome to attend the AGM. NEFC is a not-for-profit club run by volunteers for the benefit of men, women and children who play football in the Normanhurst community.

The Club welcomes anyone who would like to assist with the running of the Club to join us on the Committee for season 2011. We have Committee positions available requiring only a small time requirement as well as more involved positions. The Committee needs new people each year to replace those who are moving to new adventures. Please consider all positions on the Committee as available for you to become involved. The
Committee is a warm, friendly team environment where we all assist each other with a
minimum of fuss.

Please join us at the AGM.

Light refreshments will be provided following the conclusion of the meeting.

NOTICE OF BUSINESS

1. Confirm: Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of Normanhurst Eagles
Football Club held on Tuesday 25th August 2009.
2. Reports: To receive and consider the reports of the outgoing 2010 committee
members (all positions considered vacant), including the Treasurer’s Report.
3. Elections: Declare all 2011 positions vacant, and seek nominations for the 2011
Executive and Management Committee and Sub-Committees.
4. Committee Member Expenditure: Determine and approve reimbursement to those
who require 2010 Committee Member Expenditure.
5. Life Membership: Receive and consider nominations for Life Membership
6. General Business: For which notice of motion has been received.
