BACK-TO-NORMO DAY 2010

The annual Back-To-Normo Day is on this Saturday 5 June 2010 (weather permitting). This is an occasion that always draws a big crowd of Normo Eagles followers. This year we are planning an even bigger and better occasion. We will be showcasing some of the best Normo Eagles talent on the field as well as providing a range of off-field entertainment including:

• Jumping Castle - for the young ones
• Football Speed Cage – let the radar gun measure how fast you can kick a football
• Penalty Shootout – can you beat our goalkeepers
• Face painting - become a true Eagles fan
• Westleigh Fire Brigade – will showcase their equipment
• Normo shirt prizes – wear your Normo players shirt to win lucky shirt number prizes
• Raffles – see our monster prize list below
• Special canteen fare – come down and enjoy a great lunch and cheer Normo on the field

The festivities will start at around 11 am.

There will be a Youth Team Penalty Shootout competition. Bring yourself and four of your teammates (including a goalkeeper) and face off against other teams to win great prizes (youth teams only).

The Football Speed Cage will also have great prizes for the fastest kick in each age grouping.

You can win a prize for just being there in your 2010 Normo playing shirt. We will be drawing winners all day.

To celebrate the coming FIFA 2010 World Cup, Normo Eagles is running a monster raffle. Monster because of the prizes we have on offer:

1^st prize                A Socceroo jersey and cap signed by the Socceroos in 2009 during their World Cup qualifying tournament.

2^nd Prize               A signed Central Coast Mariners football from the 2010-11 squad

3^rd prize               Dinner for Two at the Blue Gum Hotel to the value of $60

If the wet weather does cancel football this weekend, we will postpone the Back-to-Normo Day to when the same round is played as catch-up. We will have the same festivities and the Monster Raffle will be held over to then as well.
